Is Axiom³ aligned with the BNQ 3009-500 standard?
Yes. The Axiom³ report editor is structured around BNQ 3009-500 (Residential Buildings — Inspection Practices for Real Estate Transactions). Reports include the sections, component-by-component findings, and recommendations the standard expects. Worth noting: the standard becomes formally mandatory for certified inspectors starting October 1, 2027 under the REIBH regulation. Axiom³ is built so you're ready well ahead of that deadline.
Are APCHQ and AIBQ service agreements included in every plan?
Yes. Automatic generation of APCHQ and AIBQ-compliant service agreements, plus sending them for digital signature, is included in every plan — including the 10-inspection pack.

Yes. You get 10 full inspections for free, with no credit card required. Every feature is included from day one — no stripped-down trial version.
Is my data hosted in Canada?
Yes. All data is hosted in Montreal on SOC 2 Type II-certified infrastructure. Axiom³ is compliant with Quebec's Loi 25 on personal information protection.
Does Axiom³ work on tablets and phones?
Everything on the inspections side — client intake, calendar, project management, digital signatures — works on both mobile and desktop today. The report editor has been optimized for desktop; it can be accessed on a tablet, but some features may not work as expected on smaller screens. A dedicated mobile app is planned for later this year.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription at any time?
Yes. The monthly Unlimited plan can be cancelled at any time, with no fees or penalties. The 6-month and annual plans have a minimum commitment matching the billing period you choose.
