Inspection Management

Every step of the process, connected.

See where every project stands

Dashboard

Every building inspection you're running sits on one dashboard you can open from any device. Each project holds the client info, the signed documents, the report status, and the next step to take. No more pieces scattered across your phone, your laptop, and your inbox — everything updates in real time, in one place.

Contracts and attestations, handled automatically

Digital Signatures

Axiom³ generates service agreements aligned with APCHQ and AIBQ templates straight from your project data. Send them out for digital signature with one click, track completion as it happens, and have the signed document filed back into the client folder automatically. No printing, no renaming PDFs, no manual follow-up — and aligned with BNQ 3009-500 essential information requirements ahead of the REIBH deadline in 2027.

A schedule that stays in sync

Calendar & Invitations

Subscribe to your inspection calendar from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook — every new job lands on your schedule automatically. Your clients get a bilingual invitation with the time, address, pricing, and automatic reminders in their inbox. Less email back-and-forth, more time on site actually inspecting.

Building inspection calendar synced with Google Calendar in Axiom³

Your inspection files feed directly into a BNQ 3009-500 structured report editor — findings, annotated photos, and PDF export, all in one place.

Frequently asked questions

About client intake, APCHQ/AIBQ agreements, digital signatures, and running the practice end-to-end.

  • Does Axiom³ generate APCHQ and AIBQ service agreements?

Yes, both. Axiom³ generates APCHQ and AIBQ conventions and attestations automatically from your project data. Conventions flow through an automated pipeline; attestations are generated on demand. There's no manual template filling — the client name, address, inspection date, and scope all flow in from the intake form.

  • How do clients sign service agreements?

Agreements are sent for digital signature via an embedded DocuSeal flow. Clients receive a bilingual email, sign in their browser with no account required, and the signed PDF is automatically filed back into the project folder. You get real-time status updates on each signature request.

  • Can clients book an inspection without creating an account?

Yes. Axiom³ includes a public, no-account client intake form — clients fill in about thirty bilingual fields once, and the project, client record, property address, and initial invoice are all created in a single atomic database transaction. You get notified with everything you need to start the job.

  • Does Axiome³ sync with my calendar?

Yes. Each inspector gets a private ICS calendar subscription URL you can add to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Every new inspection lands on your schedule automatically, with the address and client details. The subscription is token-based and can be revoked or regenerated at any time.

  • Is Axiom³ compliant with Quebec's Loi 25?

Yes. All data is hosted in Montreal on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, data handling is aligned with Loi 25 (Quebec's privacy law), and daily automatic backups are part of every plan. Encryption in transit and at rest is enabled by default.

  • Does the inspection management dashboard work on mobile?

Yes. The dashboard, project details, calendar, and client intake are all fully responsive — they work on phone and tablet today. The report editor has been optimized for desktop; it can be accessed on a tablet, but some features may not work as expected on smaller screens. A dedicated mobile app is planned for later this year.
