Built in Quebec, for the inspectors here.
Axiom³ is a Quebec company building inspection software shaped around the province's new regulatory framework and the way real inspectors actually work.
Our story
Axiom³ started with a simple observation: residential building inspectors spend more time on paperwork than they spend doing the job they trained for. Between drafting service agreements by hand, chasing signatures over email, formatting reports in Word, and editing photos in a separate app, the admin work quietly grows bigger than the field work.
We built Axiom³ to flip that. One platform that handles the client intake, generates the APCHQ or AIBQ service agreement, gets it signed, walks the inspector through a BNQ 3009-500-ready report, embeds annotated photos, and delivers everything to the client through a secure portal — no account required on their end.
Our mission
Give residential building inspectors their time back so they can focus on what actually matters: delivering quality inspections and helping their clients through one of the biggest decisions of their life.
What we stand for
Aligned with Quebec's regulatory framework
Axiom³ is built around BNQ 3009-500 and the REIBH regulation. We actively track how the rules evolve so your reports stay compliant without extra work on your part.
Hosted in Montreal
Your data and your clients' data are hosted in Quebec on SOC 2 Type II-certified infrastructure, fully aligned with Quebec's Loi 25.
Fully bilingual
French and English — for you and for your clients. Invitations, agreements, and reports can be delivered in the client's language without reconfiguring anything.
Built with inspectors, not for them
Every feature in Axiom³ is tested and refined with inspectors who use it daily in the field. When you use Axiom³, you're talking directly to the team that designed it.
Frequently asked questions
About Axiom³, who builds it, and how it fits into your practice.
Where is Axiom³ based?
Axiom³ is a Quebec company. The team, the product, and the data are all in Quebec — hosted in Montreal on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, aligned with Loi 25. Customer support is available in French and English from a team that actually answers.
Who is Axiom³ built for?
Axiom³ is built for certified residential building inspectors working in Quebec, shaped around the BNQ 3009-500 standard and the new REIBH regulatory framework taking full effect October 1, 2027. Single-inspector practices and small teams preparing for certification are our core audience.
Why doesn't Axiom³ use AI to write reports?
Legal accountability. An inspector who signs an AI-generated finding is on the hook for whatever the model invented — and AI models still hallucinate facts. We wrote, reviewed, and approved every one of the 1,800 bilingual findings in the library by hand, because information integrity is a prerequisite for BNQ compliance and Quebec inspection law.
Is my client data safe with Axiom³?
Yes. Data is hosted in Montreal on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, Loi 25 compliant, with daily automatic backups, TLS/SSL in transit, and encryption at rest. The inspection management workflow was built assuming the data it holds is sensitive — because it is.
Does Axiom³ offer a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with ten full inspections free, no credit card required. Every feature is enabled during the trial — there's no locked 'pro' tier. If you want a guided walkthrough before starting, you can book a personalized demo with the team.
What's on the Axiom³ roadmap?
Multi-inspector team features are in active development and shipping soon. A dedicated mobile app is planned for later this year. The platform itself evolves alongside BNQ 3009-500 and REIBH requirements — as the standard is formally adopted, the editor stays aligned.
